Self-install Road Runner - When you choose the self-install option, you can come by one of our local offices to pick up a self-install kit or we'll mail one to you. The Road Runner self-install kit will contain everything you need to get started. Please note: to qualify for Self-Install you must be a current TWC customer with a minimum of full basic service .

Deluxe Installation* - With a deluxe installation we install an outlet and connect the modem plus install the Road Runner software and the customer e-mail
accounts.
